In accordance with the provisions of Art. 28 of the Data Act (EU Regulation 2023/2854), and in order to ensure maximum transparency for its customers and users, Check Up S.r.l. hereby provides information regarding the technological infrastructure and the applicable jurisdiction for data processing services carried out through its digital solutions (CheckVision system).
