Information on the processing of Personal Data

On this page, we provide you with information pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (‘GDPR’) on the processing of your personal data that we collect when you browse the Site and interact with its services. The information is provided only for the Site and not also for other websites that may be consulted via hyperlinks or links.

PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS AND STORAGE PERIOD
Your personal data will be processed by the Controller for:

NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
The provision of data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) for the purposes set out in Article 3, letters A) to E) above, is necessary in order to navigate on the Site and use the relative services, and failure to provide such data will make it impossible to obtain the services requested. On the other hand, the release of the data in the fields not marked with an asterisk, while it may be useful to facilitate relations with the Data Controller, is optional and failure to provide such data does not prejudice the obtaining of the services requested. With reference to the newsletter purposes set forth in art. 3, letter F), the provision of data is optional and your refusal to provide such data will make it impossible for the Controller to process the data you have provided in order to send you newsletters, but it will not prevent you from browsing the Site and taking advantage of the related services.

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA AND DATA DISSEMINATION
In order to pursue the purposes for which the data are collected, the Data Controller may make use of the following categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of the data in their capacity as data processorsproviders of IT services, such as, for example, internet service and cloud computing; subjects that carry out customer service activities; firms and other subjects that provide assistance, consultancy and services of a legal, tax, accounting, economic-financial, technical-organisational, data processing, communication nature; subsidiaries, parent companies, investees and associates; public authorities and supervisory and control bodies.The updated list of personal data processors is available upon specific request to the Data Controller by means of the methods indicated in paragraph 8.
Exclusively for the purposes specified above, your personal data may also be disclosed to persons within the Controller who are authorised to process them by reason of their duties.No data collected on the Site is subject to dissemination.

DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION
Your personal data may be transferred, for the purposes for which it is collected, to the United States of America and the United Kingdom, which are countries outside the European Union.
The transfer of personal data to entities located in the USA will take place exclusively under standard contractual clauses adopted or approved by the Commission of the European Union (Art. 46, paragraph II, letters c and d of the Regulation). The transfer of personal data to entities located in the United Kingdom will take place pursuant to the adequacy decision of the Commission of the European Union.

MINORS
The Site and the services are intended for the sale of products and services to persons over 18 years of age. Therefore, the Owner does not intentionally collect personal data from persons under 18 years of age. If you access the services of the Owner, you declare that you are of legal age.


RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
In relation to the personal data you have provided, you have the right to request access to and rectification or deletion of your personal data or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability. Where you have given your consent, you have the right to request revocation of your consent without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation.
